Description:

As part of the tenth anniversary of the Ayotzinapa case of 43 missing students, the Latin America Working Group, Amnesty International, Global Exchange, and National Security Archive seek to deepen the conversation about Mexico’s more than 116,000 disappeared.

Learn about the links between disappearances, organized crime, and the U.S.-Mexico human rights dynamic through the photographs of Manuel Bayo Gisbert, artist, the testimonies of Antonio Tizapa and María de Jesus Salinas, both parents with missing children, and the experience of Omar Gómez Trejo, former prosecutor of the Ayotzinapa case.
