Slice of Life is a community-based fundraiser which began on October 1st, 2024 and ends the Tuesday before Thanksgiving Day, November 26th. Through the sale of over 6,000 pies, funds are raised to provide medically-tailored meals, groceries, and nutrition counseling to thousands of adults and children battling HIV/AIDS, cancer and other life-threatening illnesses. Your participation in Slice of Life helps make this possible.
Our pies are pre-ordered and then made available for pick-up at approximately 30 locations throughout the DMV region. In exchange for your participation as one of those locations, your organization will be recognized as a pick-up site partner. Slice of Life includes a robust print and digital marketing campaign, generating over 4 million media impressions.
