This event is free and open to all. Our program begins at 6:00 pm, and will be followed by an audience Q&A. Grant Harris, MBA, CDE® is a Certified Diversity Executive (CDE), consultant, speaker, podcast host, corporate board member, and autistic author of a series of books on various workplace culture-related topics. Grant helps individuals and institutions move beyond "Compliance to Community'™ through his R.A.C.E.™ framework while promoting neurodiversity in the workplace, from the boardroom to the mailroom. His passion for diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility (DEIA) is more than professional; it's personal. Living with a disability, he recognizes the power of inclusion and the importance of equipping others with the tools to overcome obstacles. Embracing a #WeNotMe philosophy, his journey is a testament to the unifying force of DEIA, enriching lives and creating a sense of belonging.

Dr. Anna Kallschmidt is an award-winning Industrial/Organizational Psychologist from Florida International University. She has published in prestigious journals and has presented at esteemed conferences. Her contributions to understanding social class dynamics and workplace identities have garnered recognition and have been instrumental in advancing intersectional conversations surrounding DEI and inclusive leadership. She is a thought leader in understanding the “unwritten rules of work” and how they impact marginalized communities within organizations.
