In the midst of the pandemic in August 2020, a simple desire to sell hair bundles sparked the birth of my own online store. What began as a modest vision quickly expanded under the guidance of God’s unwavering hand. While the journey of establishing my store was filled with difficulties, challenges, and moments of fear, I never imagined the magnitude of this undertaking. Opening an online store— even though it may seem “only” virtual— entails building a solid foundation, legally registering the business, along with many other intentional steps. In essence, there are numerous crucial steps to be taken before pressing that “open” button on your e-commerce platform.
