Join us for an evening with scholar and political activist Angela Davis in conversation with Democracy Now!'s Amy Goodman at the new Busboys and Poets 450K location at 450 K Street NW, DC (our 5th & K location moved across the street!).

Featuring special performances by the internationally acclaimed, award-winning female African-American a cappella group, Sweet Honey in the Rock and the Beltway Poetry Slam Team!

Limited reserved seats by purchasing a book by Angela Davis through our ticketing link have sold out. We will reserve pre-purchased book buyer seats up until event start time. Pre-purchased book buyers will not be guaranteed a seat after 6:30pm. We highly suggest you arrive no later than 6:15pm to be seated.
Remaining seats throughout the space are free and available and will be first come, first served. We will project sound to our large outdoor patio.
