Hi family!

Please take a few seconds today and vote for Busboys and Poets as Best Vegetarian and Best Salad HERE. Voting ends Sept. 26th!

We take pride in providing the community with a variety of delicious meatless options for our tenured vegetarians and for anyone interested in a satisfying meal.  Some of our favorite vegetarian dishes include our Oaxaca Omelette (Congressman Jim Moran’s favorite), our Homemade Veggie Burger, (Ralph Nader’s favorite), and Orzo Pasta filled with awesome veggies like sweet potato, asparagus, shallots, shiitake, red pepper and kale.

We have a variety of well-portioned, veg-friendly salads (many with meat options – halal chicken, grass fed, local beef, cage-free eggs) like our Mango & Avocado Salad with hemp vinaigrette, Salad Nicoise with herbed pan-seared tuna, tossed in lemon vinaigrette with sliced herbed baguette.

Hope you’ll give us a try and vote for Busboys as Best Vegetarian, Best Salad, and fill-ins for other categories!

Peace and Love,
Busboys Tribe

Rising Artist Frank Ocean did something important

Rising Artist Frank Ocean did something important

“We can thank Frank Ocean, not only for making a public statement that sweeps aside shadows and offers young fans another powerfully vulnerable star to admire and emulate, but for reminding us that while proudly declaring an identity can be a politically crucial gesture, often the human heart is not so sure-footed. The process of becoming and unbecoming, loving and losing, is what often makes for the most meaningful art.” – Ann Powers, NPR
