the trip to eatonville
Eatonville’s Chef and Brian were already at the airport when I arrived along with my brother in law Ali who has volunteered to be the driver for the trip.
The weather was cool but everyone was dressed lightly foreshadowing the warm weather ahead.
Orlando is just 2 hours away and we are about to embark on a journey that will take us through Central Florida and into the Gulf Coast states of Mississippi, Alabama and Louisiana. New Orleans will be our final destination. We will be sampling food all along the way stopping at side of the road fish shacks, must try famous eateries as well as random cafes.
