Obama fails to pull a Kennedy in West Virginia

One comparison to JFK that will unfortunately not be appropriate this election season is Obama’s failure to replicate JFK’s shocking Democratic win in 1960 that helped solidify his victory.  The result pushes McCain up to 69 Electoral College votes compared to Obama’s 174.

I think Obama will actually break from Kennedy comparisons because he is such a different person. He thinks big like kennedy. He is popular with the people like kennedy, but I think will not govern like Kennedy and will be a lot more deliberate and thoughtful of every decision while bringing us all in for the ride.
